What form of payment do you accept?
We take Cash, Check (Paid to "Shine Hauling and Junk Removal") and Venmo, (there is a 3% fee added to all Venmo transactions)
Are there any items will you NOT take?
Products such as paints, cleaners, oils, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, and items that contain potentially hazardous ingredients like fertilizer, fungicide, herbicide, insecticide, rat poison, weed killer, and antifreeze, etc.
Is there an additional fee if the items are not on the first floor?
If an item is in a garage, first floor, or driveway with easy access, there is no additional fee.
If items are in a basement, attic, or we have to haul up or down more than 3 stairs, they take a lot more care, attention, and MUSCLE to move. We care about your house and all of your spaces and we want to respect your "Castle". If items are hard to get to and remove, it takes extra time, and attention and there will be an additional fee.
***If you are able and willing to help take the "JUNK" up or down stairs, the fee can be waived.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have professional commercial liability insurance and proof can be shown upon request.
